Grape varieties: Blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay as first press or cuvée.  Blend of 30 - 40% of reserve wines.
 
Appearance : Pale yellow robe.
Nose: Dominant white fruit, apple, pear, slight grapefruit note.
Palate: Generous, invigorating Champagne, zesty white fruits.
 
Food pairing: This champagne will be enjoyed during your aperitifs, cocktails and starters and with foie gras.
